Every site you have ever visited was built by a person typing instructions a browser can read. This year that person is you.
Your lot
You get an empty lot on Main Street in week one. By spring it is a lit storefront: a real multi-page website you built by hand.
The two languages
HTML frames the building. CSS paints it. We learn to frame first, then we get the paint out.
ON YOUR LOT
Fill out the About You sheet so the Sign Painter knows what shop you want to build. Then tour the street: click every building on the home page and see what lives inside.
