Every page links the same style.css. If a page looks different from its siblings, its link tag is lying to you.
The squint test
Squint at each page: can you still find the heading, the nav, the main thing? Contrast and hierarchy survive squinting; clutter does not.
Freeze and polish
New features are done. The last hours go to fixing, aligning, and proofreading, which is what separates finished from almost.
